need a little help

If anyone has the time or really cares I've been adding and remvojg parts to get the most optimized gaming build I can. I almost have all the parts but I do have a question about optical drives.http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7DtQNG

The mobo doesn't have enough fan headers and everyone is like of fan controller this fan controller that. I am adding 3 fans to the already 3 in the case. Do I need a fan controller and if I do does my case allow me to have two front slotted items one with fan control and the other with the optical drive. Please respond.

Also the three fans are one on the bottom one 200mm on the side and 1 HDD fan that's 80mm. Should I get a fan controller or rely on molex?

Don't splitters degrade my fps in btl field 9. Jk but don't they degrade the performance of the fans

 

Nope. Each mobo header can easily power 2 fans. 3+ is more on danger zone.
