I believe that's your RAM not being installed correctly; please make sure you have the notches lined up;

P.S. I really like your specs; I use a lot of those MSI 270s and with an i3 you're nearly maxed out on the price-performance graph. Good allocation of money all around.

Usually this is a RAM issue; remove the RAM completely and try to boot, do you hear any beeps?

I don't have the beep thing(forgot what it's called), I have tried booting with no ram and led just flashes fora second now. No loopy loop

Well as much of a P.I.T.A it will be, I would recommend removing the components from the case, and doing a test boot on your motherboard box or other anti-static platform. At this point, you can start isolating the issue.

1) Use the onboard video on motherboard instead of the video card - isolate GPU issue

2) Use only necessary cables on Motherboard(eliminate case fans, front panel connectors, HDD, etc) - Connect only CPU Fan, 24-pin and 4/8-pin.

3) Test boot by using a paper clip or similar to short the power jumper on motherboard(MAKE SURE YOU SHORT THE CORRECT ONES) - This will eliminate any case wiring - Also, make sure once it's started, you remove the makeshift jumper.

4)If your PSU no longer comes on, plug in a fan or HDD so it has something on "load"

5)If you have an electronics store nearby, picking up a motherboard speaker for $5 will help give you beep codes to isolate the issue also

I know it's a pain, but we need to isolate the issue first, and removing it from the case and setting it up on the Motherboard box guarantees an anti-static environment and eliminates a lot of variables.

1. Solucion 1 doesn't work took gpu out tried using onboard graphic.

2. I took everything out and use a paper clip to jump start it still doesn't

3. ^^^

4. Have a gpu, 2 hdd stillnothing

5. Sadly no.

Anymore? Solutions? Thanks for the help by the way

@ReesZRB According to ASRock's website...the RAM is not supported. Double-check your manual also though...the list in it is usually more detailed. I believe your RAM is Model #: HX316C10FW/4 If you have the link for the RAM, I can double-check.

Ok. Double-check your motherboard manual to see if that model is supported. According to their website, it is not.

Model #: HX318C10FW/4

Also, you have 1600Mhz memory listed in your signature, but gave a link to 1866Mhz memory. if you have 1600 Mhz memory, the Model # I provided earlier is the correct one.

My fault, forgot I could pull up manual online also -.-. I would say then that the RAM isn't supported, and that's probably the issue.

Here is a link to your Mobo's supported memory: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B75M%20R2.0/?cat=Memory

Why not just a new mobo? Wouldn't getting new RAM be cheaper?

Problems is I got the ram from amazon and my cpu/mb from local computer store. They sold ugly looking ram so i ordered from amazon. Easier for me to go change mobo and cpu

Personally, I wouldn't cheap out on the CPU if you can avoid it. There is nothing wrong with a pentium G3220, but to get full use out of it, you will want to OC it. That also means you will want a better cooler...OC'ing on a stock cooler isn't recommended.

So, if possible....grab just about any H97 board(or even H87 if you dont mind BIOS updating) and a lower end core i3. I would venture to say just about any H97 board would support that RAM. H87 boards might be a little pickier.
