Recommend a tripod?

Okay, so I need a tripod. What have you guys been using?

 

I need it mainly for video. I'm 6' 1" in height and most tripods I see (that are reasonably priced) are about 5' 6" in their maximum height. I want to stand up comfortably when filming. 

 

My budget is around $150.

Are you looking for just legs or head too? If both I would look at maybe buying used if you okay with that. Buying used will allow you to get better quality.

I need both the legs and the head. I realize my budget is fairly small. I'm fine with buying used, I can always search on craigslist.

benro s2 head and some decent legs?
