So I'm looking at building a HTPC with some leftover parts. Is there a device which will allow me to plug the USB gaming mouse and keyboard I already have into a hub next to/behind my couch, and a corresponing bluetooth reciever on the pc? I realize that's a lot of trouble to keep the wires behind me rather than across the room. But hey, it's worth a shot.

And before anyone asks, yes I tried google. I can't figure how to word such a thing to not find a lot of unrelated products.

would it be possible to just hide a wire? you can get very long usb cables, or run usb over ethernet.

Yes I've looked at this one already http://www.amazon.com/Superspeed-Ultrabooks-Microsoft-Raspberry-Specially-made/dp/B00IHWF8P0/ref=cm_cd_al_qh_dp_t

It seems to be for printers and external hard drives. I posted a question on it to see what answer I get since you seem to think it might work. I'm sorry I don't know much about bluetooth technology.

Edit: Looks like you were right and now I know what it's called. Thanks!
