Hi all =)

Was a bit indecisive on  which part of the forum to put this in but hopefully this is right =P

Basically I have two questions. Both of the questuins are similar in the fact that I'm looking for a fan controller. One for each of two builds.

1: On my current build in a CaseLabs SMA8 I'm going to extend it with a pedestal which leads to more rads and fans etc. At the moment I have Lamptron controller which is a bit annoying/tedious since I have to constantly change the fan speeds manually.

So: What I want is a fan controller that can help me with the following: regulate the speed of 3 case-fans based on either cpu/gpu temp or temp inside the case.

regulate the speed of 2x4 fans (4 on two rads) so that they can go from like 400rpm to their max of 1200/1500rpm, and finally regulate the speed of an additional 2x4 fans which I want to have offline when I'm not gaming and turn up to a maximum of 40/50% when gaming. (noisy noctua 2000rpm fans).

I'm running my 2 D5 pumps on my motherboard so don't worry about them ;)

I have 1x 5.25bay available for a controller.

The important thing here is that I want to be as automated as possible, either trough software on the pc or via the controller itself.

I could hook it up so that I run 2 rads on 1 channel and then 2 rads on another channel and the casefans on a third of it would help.

2: I'm planning a second build which'll be a smaller build, the Case'll be a Parvum S2.0 (Extended) so this case doesn't have a 5.25bay available for a controller so I'll need a controller that doesn't need a bay.

Here I'm going to run 2 rads, one will have 3 fans and the other one will have 2 fans. There will also be a total of 3 80mm exhaust fans and 1 DDC pump. I'll probably run the DDC pump off the motherboard.

But I need a controller for the rest. Preferably a controller that will run the fans as automated as possible just like in case 1.

I had thought of the Aquaero for case 1 and NZXT Grid+ for case 2, is those something that'll work?

Thank you very much for any insight

I would recomend the nzxt sentry 3 (you can get pretty low rpms) and it has a auto mode that adjusts to case temps

Thank you, will it be able to handle so many fans per channel then? 8 fans per channel.

It only seems to have 1 temperature sensor a swell, and since I'm watercooling the case never really get's that hot so having it adjust according to case temp is not ideal. But thank you anyway =) I appreciate any alternatives/advice

And any ideas for case 2?

Thank you
