Android crashes when I try installing apps

Is there an SD card in the phone, if so try installing an app without the SD card present.

I've had a hassle free time with my zenfone 5 so far, but recently, my phone keeps crashing everytime I try to install anything from the play store. I haven't rooted my phone yet and the most fiddling around I've done is use aviate and instal games from humble bundle.

Boot into recovery and wipe the cache partition, here they explain how to do that

why i switched to iOS

that's a shallow reason to switch platforms.

I just did that and that doesn't seem to work cause it still crashes. Got any ideas?

Does your whole OS crash or just the market app?

yes,they just didnt want to install even tho i had 32gigs of storage.

 

i returned it and got a proper working phone

What ghetto ass phone did you have? I've only ever had that issue on a £20 android tablet that I bought that was still on android v3.
