Problem with ADB connection?

Im trying to get cyanogenmod 12 on my Verizon LG G3, but I ran into an issue :/

 

using the ioroot method, it says you have to change the usb connection type from MTP to ADP, but the ADP/internet option doesnt show up on my phone?? Ive installed all the drivers on my pc and have everything ready to go, but this isnt working.. Thanks for any help!
