BSOD after startup

Hi, 

I have a problem with a Laptop.
Sometimes when it starts up this BSOD appears.
It's a bit random when it happens, but it always happens a few minutes after startup. When it's up and running it never shows.

Used to have this from my laptop as well. However, after reformatting and re install windows, it's pretty much ok now. Now really sure why but it works for me last time.

Funny, I seem to have the same problem on my desktop atm. It happens at random, and apparently almost never when rebooting, only from "cold", i.e. when the PC has been turned off for several hours. RAM is fine, CPU OC is fine too, I still dropped the OC though for now. Haven't had a BSOD so far. Re-installing your OS is certainly an option, the issue may also lie with your hardware though.

I checked the MS Website. They recommend to 

 

Most general fix is updating drivers, BIOS, and low level chipset drivers and other control software.
Also check cabling to hard disk.

I haven't had the BSOD for some time, so I think the BIOS update worked
