So, tonight I tried to jailbreak my phone (iPhone 5c.) I realized it didn't work (shocker), and that my app store was gone. Along with that i couldn't make calls or accept them. So, I then restored my phone to factory setting. Now this is all I see. No iOS apps at all. nothing. PLEASE help me. I can't use my phone at all.

Google how to put your phone in DFU mode, then go to iTunes and let it download the firmware and restore that way.

Restoring through the phone doesn't work!

EDIT - an explanation; restoring through the phone only deletes personal data, so all jailbreak data is still present (even the kind that might screw up your system), so it won't do anything. Restoring through iTunes will format the iPhone and then fully reinstall iOS, so it's usually best to restore that way, unless the phone is not jailbroken, and you're giving it to a friend or selling it or something.

Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

Or you could try booting into safe mode if you think mobile substrate was installed. I think it is done by holding one of the volume buttons while it's booting up but it you could google how to put it into safe mode if that doesn't work.

Reset it by using DFU modes while the phone is plugged into the computer. Let me know if you need step-by-step directions :).

Try Recovery mode now, not DFU. Recovery is simpler;

Hold down the power and home buttons at the same time, and keep holding until the phone reboots and the Apple logo pops up. Then, let go of the lock button and keep holding the home button until the iTunes logo with a cable icon below it shows up.

It doesn't matter if your phone is off or on if you do it this way; just wait until the screen turns off and on again.
