Which windows did you buy?

 

You can download the official windows and put it on a DVD (for a boot disk) and use that along with the key you bought.

You will need another computer though and the download takes some time.

Just download an 8.1 Pro ISO image. Technically downloading the image is not illegal, it's using a pirated key (which is not the case here) that is illegal.

Here is a generic installation key for the installer: XKY4K-2NRWR-8F6P2-448RF-CRYQH

 

Once you have 8 installed, then you can upgrade to 8.1 and use your own key.
