Build Help!

Hello! I have a question about my build, I wanted to ask if the build would be bottlenecked with the CPU and the GPU as my parts are:

Pentium G3258

EVGA GTX 960 SSC

MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition

NZXT Kraken x41

 

Those are the parts that you should need to know, even when the CPU is overclocked the two cores may be a problem in certain games, but what do I know.

I'm fairly new to pc parts in general and anything would help!

highly recommend a r9 280x and a low end intel i5 just can't recommend a dual core CPU, regardless how muhc people are using it without problems

As mentioned above the 960 is a pure waste of money.Get the 280x.And yes the CPU will bottleneck the GPU a little.

i think it´s better to upgrade the cpu to something like a intel core i3. with a core i3 or maybe even core i5 you can upgrade more later. you have to think like the cpu is the heart of your pc and decides how fast your pc is.

I wouldn't buy a dual core if this is a gaming rig. Some games already won't start with one and you can expect that to continue into the future.
