SD card problem with Galaxy Tab 3

So my mom's Galaxy Tab 3 SD card mount may or may not be broken. 

All of a sudden her SD card stopped working, restarting didn't help. I put in the SD card from my phone and it couldn't read that one either. 

Any ideas on what I can do to fix it or is it permanently screwed?

 

Model number is SM-T210
