Now im able to go into my Gtx setting and enable (maximize gpu performance) and turn it on although when i play games my speakers make this loud noise like there going to explode and then my computer will usually crash. I just reinstalled my geforce drivers and changed sli connectors and still the same things keeps happening and i dont know what to do any more. thanks for the help in advance :D Btw there 2 gtx 660s SC

the speakers making weird noises means you're getting interference from the coil whine on your GPUs or your PSU.

when did you get the new CPU and Mobo? did you have any of these issues beforehand?

I have the Gigabyte Z97x-SLI like yours on your profile and I was getting terrible interference on my headphones when using the on-board audio, interestingly, the issues only happened when I was using my GPU. if I was using intel 4000 there wouldn't be interference. I use an external sound card so I don;t have those issues anymore.

Corsair Hx 750 and ya i have the z97x Sli board with a 4690 cpu and i have a sound card so should i put it in? Also what is coil whine?

Coil whine is when a piece of hardware has a coil which may vibrate when that part is stressed out.

If you have a sound card, try that out and see if the speaker issues go away.
