I really want this.

I want a rainmeter skin, that's essentially a transperant command prompt, basically just the imput and the command history, likely fading away a a few hundred pixels up.

Wait so just a theme like OS X's terminal has?  If so that would be cool for cmd, some of terminal's themes are pretty cool.

I'm thinking it's litterally a modernized command prompt, so whatever you see in command prompt now, you would see in the skin.
