problem with image at games

Hi guys and sorry for posting all the time but i have some serious problems with games at my pc when i play a little demanding game i have some issues with the image at games it kind of moving at pieces (you i mean a little noticable thing very fast) but i cant play the game correctly i have installed latest amd catalyst drivers i checked all drivers and nothing i have the same problem with my old pc (except the gpu which is the same) my actual problem is that on fraps i have good fps and i have this problem even on low settings where i am arround 100fps i dont know what this could be

games:call of duty advanced warfare,metro last light,assassins creed unity(everybody has problem),and some other games at a lower level

May be try re-installing the drivers and check that could help you.
