Yeah, that's what happens. It's not a bug, really. 

 

It's a normal things and I've seen many, many forums do this. It takes you to the latest post. I doubt it is a bug...

Edit: Just another word, There was a forum, not LinusTech, but for something completely unrelated that I have used for 2 years, more than that, in fact, and that has always happened, whether on mobile or not, so I doubt it is an issue.

Downloading programs from CNet is not a good idea, as they will commonly include unwanted, and sometimes dangerous bloatware... The more you know.

a bug I've found, notifications don't go away. (HTC EVO 4G LTE)

I'm not sure, I, personally do not use the forums when I am on mobile, so I'm not sure how you could really change it. You may be able to via tapatalk, but the forums can't be used on tapatalk right now due to some issues, so I think you might just have to suffer :/ Sorry
