PSU cable with static

I don't really know how to put in text what's going on but here you go, so when my Power cord is connect to the PSU and i try to put my hand on the back of the PC ( like to connect something ) i can feel static, i don't know if the right word is static or shock

Well if you mean static shock, it's ok. But maybe it's air sucking your hand?

So... Your cable/wall socket doesn't have a proper ground raíl?

 

I thought if you got staticed it meant you discharge and it's ok?

Its the round third plug on your outlet.

do you use any cable extenders?

how tidy are your cables?

are the cables in good condition, no wires showing?

 

i remember in the olden days i had a pc next to the radiator and every time the PC was on and you touched the radiator, you could feel that electric tingling

and i was using an extender and the cables were a mess
