Hi I from Philippines 20 years old student

I have a budget around 400 - 550$ and It's also my first time in building a PC.

My Goal / Aim in this kind of budget PC is for Games like DotA 2, Final Fantasy 7, Garry's Mod, Bindings of Isaac.

I Plan on Streaming and Recording Video of my Games in the Future and I don't mind playing for now.

I will just play on a single monitor with a resolution of 1920 x 1080.

I also wanted an Intel Processor instead of an AMD Processor. I also absolutely want a NZXT H440 case.

I don't mind spending too much big on Graphics Card, because I might as well play games which requires a good Graphics Card.

I might also upgrade to i5 Processor in 8months - 2years depending on my usage in the future.

Edit: I Also don't do overclocking because I don't know how to  :P. Much prefer if you base the price on PC PartPicker TY.

The only one I could find from newegg that is relatively close in price is the XFX Double Dissipation 285: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150720&cm_re=R9_285-_-14-150-720-_-Product

And if you are willing to do a mail-in rebate, it is the same price.
