I just decided to throw together a pcpartpicker list of what I plan on getting in terms of a new computer however it will take time for me to afford and as such some items are subject to change.

I live in the UK. I plan on gaming at 1080p on a 60Hz monitor. I have no intention on overclocking.

Because of the cost the following items are subject to change or removal, psu, ssd, wifi card and the blu ray drive.

I will try to transfer my current windows 8 pro onto the ssd but if that doesn't work I have a copy of windows 7 home premium.

I also will search around to try and find the best prices for the parts.

Here is what I have planned at the moment.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

The image is fine for me. Looks like a great build! The only thing I could think of is possibly a higher wattage PSU, something like a 750w or a 850w would leave you a lot more room to upgrade than what you have there. It's fine if you don't plan on adding another GPU in the future.

I thought about that and decided against it and based on feedback from another section of this site the seasonic is the way to go. Honestly I would rather get a cheaper one but this one seems good to me.

I don't much about ram voltages but pcpartpicker is telling me that it is too high, what is your thoughts on this?

1.5v is recommended but 1.65v it isn't anywhere near the max voltage for ram.

Employees at Intel have said it will work just fine. Intel only says this to make sure people don't do crazy overclocks.

I'm pretty sure a good percent of people who build computers didn't even check the ram voltages and got them anyway and they work fine.

I still want to get the Corsair 300r, not too sure on that psu though, because I get confused by haswell compatibility.

Pretty much all psus work with Haswell. It's just the power save states that just might not work. Motherboards are having them disabled out of the box anyway so you shouldn't have any problems.

Noted, I originally wanted that psu anyways so I will buy it next Monday,

That's great. Do take my suggestions with a grain of salt. I'm not all-knowing.
