Mini ITX Build

So I have posted several times before on this thread and I have been planning on building a gaming pc for a while. I have recently gone in a new direction wanting to build a small form factor pc.

Goal- Build a mini itx gaming beast that can destroy games at 60fps at 1080p

Location- USA and I can get to a microcenter

Needs- All of the peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset), don't want to overclock, semi modular power supply because good cable management in a mini itx build is important, want the corsair 250d because of the windowed top

Misc- kind of color cordinated

Budget- 1,150 USD

Not everyone wants to OC, maybe he just doesnt want to go through the hassle/have lower temps

I don't have time to look at a build now, but if you can get stuff from a Micro Center, get a Intel CPU combo with a mobo. Also if you don't mind, buy iopen box graphics card to get more value for your money.
