I don't think there's any indication of whether it's SATAIII or PCIe, unless I'm blind. Guess we'll have to wait till it gets closer to release and there's more detail given. Hoping for PCIe

Yeah that would be nice for it to be M.2 x4. No need to use up an M.2 slot for a Sata 3 drive... 

My thoughts exactly. Would be nice if there was a bit more standardization with M.2. With varying lengths, widths, key types, and PCI vs. SATAIII I've seen so many negative reviews and headache stories from friends about how they picked up a SATAIII M.2 drive and didn't realize their motherboard took PCI M.2 only.
