Ergonomics tips?

So I've been told a few things like keeping the keyboard level with your elbows or when sitting straight up your eyes line up with your monitors. And even to use those yellow tinted glasses Gunnars™ Any other useful tips? I'm getting a good chair BTW so no worries there.

Wat, never heard of this. do as you want if you start to feel pain then change.

Gunnars? Gaming glasses really? just take a break from the game or work your doing.

try to get a angle on your feet also helpful, but if you really are working infront of the PC may get a standing desk

My plan is to get a small podium (like teachers have) and put my soon to be laptop onto it and whenever I browse the web I'll be standing using laptop but gaming will be sitting down using pc
