Aesthetic to Performance Help

Im having trouble choosing the correct gpu, thing is I had my rig modded to a Razer Themed rig(green-black) - picture will be available once I get my rig back tehee
I am upgrading from a r9 270x.
Im limited to 16,000php and what card can you choose based from this site http://dynaquestpc.com/product-category/components/video-card-vga-graphics/page/2/?orderby=price-desc


Im eying for a R9 280X Vapor-X / R9 285 Dual-X / Zotac GTX 970 / Zotac GTX 970 (blower fan) and the GTX 960 100th ME Edition( I think that this gpu will best fit my theme)

or what alternatives could you suggest without losing "performance" I know the upgrade is minimal if I go to 960 from a 270x 



*for those who are seeing "bottlenecks" of my fx-6300 dont worry, I'll upgrade that too

Uhm... I don't really see a real reason to upgrade from r9 270x

All for aesthetics(and for rig modding contests ), currently using a 768p monitor, waiting for a 1440p monitor summer sale-the last thing I'll upgrade is a monitor or if there will be a sale, coz Nvidia's DSR - only if im going to get a nvidia card - last time there was a $200 Benq 1ms IPS 1440p monitor with a free armageddon mechanical keyboard

Well if it's purely for looks get the best looking card that's better than a 270X, so gtx960+ and r9 280+
