New gaming build help

Hi guys im going to start buying parts to build a new gaming pc here soon, but I need some help with the selection, I will mainly use it for games such as Arma 3 Dayz, Dayz SA, Bf4, Gta V, and a few others and new games in the future, im in the US, and the state I live in it gets kinda hot in the summer. My price point is around $500-600 not including a mouse and keyboard

It would be hard to get good fps at those games with that budget i would recommend increasing to 700-900$

For BF4 something with a Athlon X4 860K and R9 270X would do alright. Or a low end Intel with the same GPU.

Im looking for at least 30 fps on high for all games, dosent have to be higher, just playable

Built something similar to this for a friend, runs games like bf4 at medium to high settings 1080p with a fairly consistent 50fps. it also leaves space for a graphics card later if you want to max out any game.

@Pyroshank Ah ok, can you recommend one for around there that will play those games at a minimum of 30fps on medium-high
