Help! Internet home network problem

Hi i have a weird problem, we just noticed it i thought it was just a provider's problem, every time i turn off my PC our internet is not working in any device(Wifi and LAN) but the router and modem still shows internet connection but its not blinking or anything. i think this started when i upgrade to Windows 8. I'm sorry for my English! thanks for the help!

Have you changed any settings in the router? is your computer acting as a DHCP server for the network? Can you post the results of running ipconfig from a command line? The only thing i can think of is that your PC is acting as the defult gateway for the network.

No sir, not that i know of. i'm not a network savvy so i'm kinda confuse.
