Another day, another video

So in the new LTT into, Edzel has that neat effect near the end on the audio, and I was kinda wanting to mess around and do something like that in Vegas. The problem is, I have no idea how to do it. If someone could point me to a video or something, I would appreciate it, but I wasn't able to find it using my own searches (but I word things weird searching for things sometimes).

You would probably want to post what effect in what video you are talking about.

I described it. That should be good enough. And OBS is a bitch for me to make it record Flash.
