As of late YouTube has constantly been buffering for me, I get 125 down and 25 up, recently reset the router and restarted the pc also, any suggestions on what the problem may be?

Your ISP shoving everyone down the same pipe. I get 50 down 5 up and I swear I was getting better buffering on 10 down 1 up. It's really pissing me off that I can no longer watch 1080p youtube unless it's some random channel that doesn't matter. And that's even spotty.

Chrome

Try a differnet browser and see if it happens

reset chrome and try agian

I tried resetting chrome and that didn't do it. I'm currently using FireFox and it's no longer buffering, although there is no 1080p option, which is a bit annoying

Chrome currently is using html5 and that isn't fixing it. I think I'm gonna end up having to use IE to watch YouTube in 1080p and use Chrome for everything else until the problem is solved
