Air/Water Cooling Idea

Hi all this is an idea that I have just come up with as of today, I am a techie girl and love computers, but doesn't like replacing it cause of heat prostration on my PC parts. 1 HAf X Case Mod, sorry no pics as am Disabled and  things to me are not that affordable. Now the front of the PC fan, use this area for a Radiator that fits snugly into the space. Make sure the Water outlets are facing down as it will help alot. 2 Below the desktop, 1 Reserviour that will fit another radiator in it. This radiator will be connected to a small refridgeration compressor. The Reserviour will be filled with something that can be cooled, but not freeze, On the tank will be a thermometer / thermostadt that will turn on the refrigeration unit and turn it off. a 5Deg Variance, and can be adjusted from 40Deg to 70Deg. Path is as follows, Compressor to Radiator emersed into the Reseviour where the cooler is, and a pump to move the liquid around. Then the tank is hooked to the case radiator and the pump. The idea is to change the Ambient Temp of the air lower than what is going into the pc with out this. thus allowing for cooler temps in a hot environment. I am going to try to make this and have pics but costs and my income do not allow this very fast. hope everyone gets the idea.
