Steam store issues

For the last couple of weeks now whenever I try to access the store or my profile within Steam I get error -109. I had recently switched to Ubuntu so I figured this is what was responsible for these errors. I also noticed I couldn't access these sections on the Steam website either. I decided to see if I could access these sites on my Nexus 7 and a laptop I have (Win8) and both of these have the same issue. Is it just me or have I missed some big maintenance thing on the Steam website?

I can login to the Steam desktop program just fine and I recall being able to sign in online too a couple of weeks ago.

EDIT:

I can connect via LTE on my phone. Means something's up with my network. Any ideas?

This is interesting. I've just uncovered a thread on the steampowered forums, but it doesn't seem to help the person having trouble.

If I were you, I'd try changing passwords.

Can't access that site.

Possible but I don't think that's related since I can't access those pages on other devices where I'm not logged in anyway.
