I watched Linus video on the be quiet rock 3, and luke said he had difficulty installing the cooler and needed help. I personally don't want to have that bother.

Yeah it is a bit of a pain. You need about 10 pairs of hands  :D I had a bit of a fiddly job fitting my Dark Rock 2 and the Dark Rock 3 supposedly has the same mounting system.

:D that's the only reason why I am going with the Noctua cooler.

@dadasmithywinkle what is your X99 rig

Mine is a 5820K with 16GB of 2800mhz DDR4 and an ROG Rampage mobo.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

I've ran dual 970's in it but currently it has a 770.
