Surface Pro 3 Screen Repair?

I've been trying to find somewhere in Edinburgh who could repair the screen on my uncles Surface Pro 3 and I cant.  So I tried to see if Microsoft could repair it and it doesn't say on their website.  Does anyone know if Microsoft can repair the screen or not?

I thik the display is glued to the frame. Repairs wont be easy. You should contact Microsoft as NeatSquidYT said.
