(Potentially dangerous?) Electrical Problems...could use some help.

 There's a guy with an Xfx pro 750 who's getting arcing/sparking on his headers, his headers have burned out and his mouse failed and now his pump is running at full and seems to be over-stressing itself.

 

I'm concerned it might be an electrical problem and might be dangerous.
