Raid setup

So, this problem has confused me for a while and I haven't been able to find an answer on Google. What I want to know regards setting up a raid 0 array of 2 ssd's for boot and also having 1 2tb hard drive for mass storage. When you go into the bios you need to change from ahci to raid to set it up, but what about the other drive I don't want in the raid array. What do I need to do to set this up?

Just leave it as is. If you don't add it to a RAID it will function as normal.

So if I change sata setting from ahci to raid it is the same thing basically with the other drives
