My question was that when should i change my thermal paste. I am having NZXT kraken x61.

Welcome to the Forum!

Thermal paste can last usually a good 3-5 years before it starts drying out and will need replacing but as Bosco said if you take off a cooler you want to reapply new thermal paste everytime, be sure to clean the surfaces with isopropyl alcohol before applying the new paste.
