need some advice, Going to bring pc to work to get install of new OSof w7home coworker gonna hook me up with badass SSD hes gonna instal OS on ssd and unplug my original 1tb hardrive. Can i still keep all my games and shit on secondary hardrive or it wont read it with new install? Please tell me my options with my original hdd, i would like to keep muh data

I think u said but

unplug hdd while installing ssd

you can use hdd as storage drive

no files will be deleted

You Will Have To reisntall steam/origin games

So all the games and files on old secondary hdd will just be there not being able to use?

You can Use Them

ALL files WILL be Usable

 

Expect Games and Programs

through steam/origin

cause when u sign you need to change default folder second drive and it reinstalls

 

 

and prorgams causes of registry probbly won't work so you need to reinstall

 

But all personal stuff will work just fine
