Pc turning on

Hi,

i've got a problem with my desktop.

In the evening i put it in sleep mode and after some hours of sleep i wake up to my computer running at 04:00 am.

the mouse is off, and the keybaord is unplugged so they can' send a signal.

I use Win. 8.1 pro.

What to do?

Check settings for wake on LAN

I had a similar issue, I had to not just disable wake on lan but go to the network adapter in device manager and un-check "allow this device to wake computer" under power settings. This fixed it for me, not sure why NIC was waking the machine as there was nothing else on the network to send magic packet.
