HELP PLEASE! Gaming

Someone please help me. I was playing minecraft(a modpack) a little bit ago running perfectly fine, then I launch it again and I can't even get about 0 fps!!! What the hell! I have a pretty decent rig as well:

Radeon r9 290 4gb 

AMD FX8320 OCed to 4.7Ghz

Hyperfuryx Kingston RAM 8gb stick

I have absolutely no clue why these lag spikes keep occurring. I'm thinking this is caused by java.. but who really knows. Any input, please help!

Minecraft is Java, and java is an absolute mess.

 

Reinstall the launcher, and if that doesn't work reinstall java.

 

I'd also try deleting minecraft.jar from the %appdata% roaming file and allowing it to re-generate.

Lol 0 fps? Also, maybe you just destroyed your minecraft whilst modding it. Try getting a clean game and going from there
