660 gone wild

Yesterday (it's 1:26 at night over here) i tried for the first time some FurMark and tried to play with the sliders of afterburner,

highest core clock i got was 953MHz stable before it completely (@73c)crashed shortly after that at 975MHz , screen went black but computer kept running at full tilt, so i naturally went nuts and turned it off quickly

Just now im wondering if there was any damage done to my gpu, temps seemed normal before crash and been gaming for few hours and everything seems normal....

Your GPU is fine. The driver only crashed.

You did not push it too far, you did not cook it, I am sure it is totally fine.
