The SOC Force is more for just competitive overclocking. Something you're likely not going to get into if you're asking this question.

The SOC Force one because it supports 64GB RAM and has 8 slots for RAM, while the Champion one supports 4 slots RAM and 32GB RAM

Anything that is not gigabyte is better.
