not really more of middle class but i have a few outsourced projects in which upon I earn an amount of money capable to save up for a build like this in a year or two

I just need to upgreade my pc because is has a pentium e2220 and 2gb ddr2 ram and a nvdia 210 gpu so what will i upgrade first my processor ram and memory or a videocard? Ps. I'm under 16 years old so my budget is not that big
