Pls help remove files, AVAST

hi, i installed Avast few days back. i have 850 Pro as boot drive and before i had it installed in there. but this time i thought why not try my hard drive and i installed it in my WD Green drive that works just fine. when i installed it in the drive P where i usually install my no so commonly used softwares like small image editors or any other applications, winamp etc, now it does not work at all. the avast softwar that is.

 

when pc starts it says some shields not working when i click to fix that and start the shields it does nothing.

 

when i try to uninstall the software it does nothing and keeps hanging on the uninstall window.

 

 

i even tried to stop it running with windows startup from task manager and it does not install.

 

hell, i just downloaded a file shredder application and it says cant shred the files cause i dont have privilage to do that? WTF? i have windows 8.1 pro and i cant stop the services of avast

 

 

can some one help me what to do now? i want to remove it from pc

Boot to safe mode and uninstall/delete files there.
