Windows 7 on mac problems HELP!

ok so i installed windows 7 throung boot camp on my mac went through all the steps and then i get to my desktop on windows and i get use wireless connectivity or hear anything i tried to download the drivers to a flash drive then plug it in but when i tried to install the drivers it wont let me please help

You sure the stick is NTFS format?

try formating usb drive to NTFS and then copy paste the drivers from an windows PC and then instal them on your wimac
