You're looking to buy both? If so skip the Logitechs and just get the swans.

The Logitechs suck. Logitech is not an audio company. They also break fairly fast.

any specific edifier speaker? i can afford the swans m10. but 1 cons from head fi said "Bass could be better not for those who want a lot of bass" i kind of want bass. :)

Corsair sp2500 is cheaper than the m50 and is pretty great.

ill check sp2500 reviews. thanks

You can't get any better bass at that price. Good subs are expensive. Sp2500 is bad.

I can agree that Logitech Z623 break easy, am atm looking to replace my Z623 speaker as at least 1 tweeter speaker is dead the other is going that way, the power of the speakers will switch off and on randomly and its getting worst by the day, at this rate I will have no working speakers in a week or so unless I buy new ones

What speaker would you buy to replace your z623?

Am currently looking my options but I do like the look of these Minx M5 Multimedia Speaker System, not as powerful as the Z623 but the room the PC is in is small it should be ok, am only looking at the Klipsch Pro Media 2.1 THX Certified Speakers has the same power as the Z623 but more expensive and the Edifier E25/RED Home Audio Speakers look funky to me, a bit expensive compared to the Minx M5.

The main reason I like the Minx M5 is the fact the controls are on a desktop control and not on a speaker, the bass control is on the back of the subwoofer.

I don't need the Bluetooth connect but I do like the looks of the Edifier E25

Can you buy off eBay, or are import charges too much?

If yes, Micca MB42 + Lepai LP-2020 would be a good cheaper choice. Great bass without a subwoofer.

How much are you looking to spend as your maximum? What ever it is, get the best option within that price category. Otherwise, you will be forever playing the game of "for a little more I could get something better!"

The Micca COVO-S are also a great option for a smaller footprint on your desk, but they are a little too small to run without a sub.

I liked the reviews on Klipsch Pro Media 2.1 but i cant find them here in the philippines. There are edifier speakers here tho.
