HI!

The begining of the problem was discussed in this topic: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/311404-gpu-installing-problem-new-build/

However, the situation has changed a lot since.

Problem in brief: I get no video signal from my graphics card (newly built machine). I tested the system with a generic graphics card and it worked fine thus the motherboard and PCIe slot is fine. I Tested my GTX960 on another system and got video signal ONLY from one of the DVI ports, yet that allowed me to use monitor and by extention download drivers. After driver installation all of the GTX960 ports gave video signal which indicates that the graphics card is fine.

By changing default video output to integrated graphics in BIOS I was able to boot in my OS (windows 8.1) while the graphics card was still in PCIe slot. This allowed me to install drivers for it and after that it showed up in device manager, however, if I try to enable it the system automatically goes to blue screen with error "DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER" and reboots. This happens also if I disable integrated graphics first.

If I set default graphics output back to PCIe (in BIOS) again I get no video signal even though the drivers for graphics card are installed.

Note:

I wrote to gigabyte costumer support about the initial problem (everything befor getting drivers installed on my system) and they suggested that I need to reflash my VGA BIOS using their @BIOS utility. Yet I was unable to do that because this utility couldn't detect any graphics card on my system even though GTX960 was listed in device manager (dissabled since enabling causes the mentioned blue screen error).

I am troughly losst in what to do since all the hardware seems to be fine on its own thus no point in returning it yet I still can't get any video signal from my graphics card. Any and all help would be grately appreciated!

I would simply return it, just to see if the same sh*t happens with a new card.
