I'm wondering if it is worth buying the CPU COOLER: COOLER MASTER NEPTON 240M for this rig. I must mention that I'm NOT planning to overclock the cpu and gpu, at least untill two years. But I do pretty heavy 3D modeling and also gaming. So, would it be enough with the stock cpu cooler from intel for my purposes or should I go for the Nepton 240M?

Will do the job.

I would recommend dual-channel memory.

If you're not going to overlcok I wouldn't really say its worth it...

You could go for a cheaper air cooler :)

Not that it'd do you any harm to get it, it'll keep your parts nice and toasty. So if you have the budget at the moment why not!

Bleigh!  Ever hear of AC series?

If you're not overclocking, then the stock cooler from intel will be fine. Noisy, but fine.

That cooler is definitely overkill for not overclocking. You could get the Hyper 212 EVO and quiet things down a bit. If in 2 years you want to do some overclocking, you should buy whatever is out then, as it will be most likely better than whatever is out now.

also...buy a 2x4GB kit
