Budget recording camera?

Hey guys, like the title says im after a budget video camera $250 tops, also would like it to take some good pictures and have 60fps recording (even at 720p 60fps is fine)

probably a used Cannon DSLR is you best bet. 

 

look around for a last gen mid range Cannon DSLR in your local classifieds

If I'm quite honest. If you have an iPhone or a smartphone with an equivalent camera. Use that instead.
