Linus Tech Tips Problem for me

For some reason on the Linus Tech Tips forum I cannot copy and paste text to and from the forum posting section. All of the buttons in the posting area are non-functional for me. I do not have Java but I installed it to see if it was that but it still did not work. Does anyone know what the problem is or am I just doing something wrong? 

 

I can post text obviously but I cannot do anything else.

Yes I am using Chrome is that the problem. I won't stop using Chrome though (it's too good).

Do you have an add-on or setting that blocks scripts? You need javascript enabled for full functionality.

I don't use Java or Java script. I did download java and java script to see if it was the problem but it wasn't that. I do however have a few plugins one of which which I won't say what it is but blocks a certain thing that no one likes (I am shore you can guess what it is). Is that certain thing what is causing the problem.
