Not really..... imo the HX looks okay, the AX looks straight up ugly.

OP Buy a 1KW or larger.

 

I know first hand that an 850 will shutdown on you when pushing a hex core and SLI 980s hard.

 

At stock clocks an 850 will work just fine.

 

I did not anticipate pulling so much power using a 3960x and 2 Asus matrix cards, so didn't bother to upgrade, now I have to wait on my AX1200i to arrive before I can crack the 25k FS goal
