Car audio, amp problem.

So I'm wondering if any one can give me some ideas. I have a test light and have pretty mutch test lighted everything, my power is good to the amp, my remote wire is powered and working properly with deck turning on and off. My rcas are hooked up. I've even tried jumping my ground straight to the battrey so I'm 100% sure it's grounded. Tried 2 different amps and haven't got anything. I'm 100% sure one of my two amps work.

Oh, whoops lol. Well my amp wasn't turning on was the problem, fixed it now though.
