MSI 970A-G46 Boot Issues

Specs.

Motherboard MSI 970A-G46.

Graphics Card. EVGA 750ti. Not acx.

CPU AMD 6300 Vishera 3.5 GHz

Storage Patriot Blaze 120 Gb SSD, Western Digital Caviar Blue 500 Gb

RAM Patriot Viper 8gb (2x4gb)

PSU. Kingston 400-425 Watt 80+ Bronze

 

So whenever i boot up my computer I am prompted with this screen.

Hitting delete or F11 do nothing.

 

Now if i clear my CMOS I am prompted with this screen

 

Pressing continue does nothing and Pressing "Run setup" says entering setup forever.

 

Any idea what the issue is?
